Douglas J at the Intercoiffure Summer Symposium 2012!

In late May, two members of the Douglas J Creative Team assisted world-renowned hairdresser Vivienne Mackinder backstage at the Intercoiffure Summer Symposium taking place in Miami, Florida. Jason Nash and Jordan Benson were members of an exclusive and elite team selected by Vivienne herself to assist with preparation for the hair show. The team styled eight models, four in a romantic theme and 4 four in a pop art theme. The support team did everything from washing to finishing the hair, and everything in between. Along with the backstage prep, Jason Nash had the opportunity to assist Vivienne onstage during the show. This was an incredible opportunity, giving Douglas J great exposure within our industry on the national level.
