an Admissions Form
- Submit
a letter of intent
- Submit
a letter of recommendation from an employer,
high school counselor or teacher, or
the leader of a volunteer or special
group with which the applicant has had
an affiliation
- Submit
a copy of high school diploma, high
school transcripts or GED
