The history of the beauty industry is as diverse and colorful as lipstick & nail polish – tracing back to 4,000 BC. Come celebrate our place within the beauty industry as we celebrate 5 ½ decades. YOU make the difference every day in the lives of students and guests – no matter what role you have within DJ. Ultimately making people shine inside and out!

Access + Perks + Swag

Attendees will receive limited edition swag and goodies! Our lineup ends with an evening that will go in the DJ history books. Let us all toast to our successes not only yesterday but tomorrow! Dance the night away with work friends from across our locations, enjoying music from our decades.

What does the day look like? Timing?

It’s an all day event that includes a morning filled with inspiration, an afternoon filled with unique education and an evening of celebration!

How do I coordinate any travel needed?

Are there overnight rooms available? Who is responsible for the cost?

Yes, we have a block of rooms available at the Graduate where DJ Stock will be taking place.

Douglas J will contribute $50 towards a room at the Graduate when sharing with a Teammate (double occupancy). Note: The $50 will be adjusted after you book. Reservation block for rooms expires April 23rd.

Will I get a mileage reimbursement?

Yes, if you carpool with other Teammates. Douglas J will reimburse mileage on an expense report.

What meals are included?

  • At the Main Event, lunch and beverages will be provided.
  • During the After Party, snacks and drink allotment (cash bar will be available, if you want more).
  • Dinner will be your own expense in-between the day and evening festivities.

 

What attire should I plan for at the event?

We know this is the question everyone will be asking!

Daytime: Concert Chic
Embrace the theme! Whether it’s a new or vintage concert tee – dress it up for a look we’re coining “Concert Chic.” If not, no pressure –your own chic style is sure to be a hit!

Evening: Festive
You can come as you were in the daytime, but rumor has it that some want an excuse to amp it up! So whether you choose artsy or cocktail – I am sure your festive look will rock!

 

How long is the break between the day and evening events?

We will take a long dinner break (2 – 2 1/2 hrs) on your own you have an opportunity to change and check into your room.

Where they can I change clothes between segments?

For those without a hotel room, we will have some dedicated shared space, if you need to change between the day and evening festivities.

There will also be a dedicated space at the Graduate to leave your bags/clothes, if needed.

 

What will the evening event be like?

Make sure to wear your dancing shoes as we rock the night away to music from the decades!

Snacks and drink tickets will be provided. For those looking for a little more fluids, we will have a cash bar available.

Where can I put my baggage before I can check into my room?

There will be a dedicated space at the Graduate to leave your bags/clothes, if needed.

Where do I park for the event?

Please park at the Albert Street Garage if you are attending for the day. Parking is free on Sundays!

Overnight attendees, please make sure you use lots designated for overnight parking. Douglas J will reimburse up $20 for overnight parking.

The Graduate also has valet parking available:

2 Hours or under -$10.00
2 to 8 Hours – $20.00
8 Hours or more – $30.00

Can I bring a guest to the DJStock event?

This event is for Douglas J Teammates only.

 

Can I bring my partner to stay overnight?

Sure! That is up to you if you want to bring your partner to say overnight even though they will not be attending our events.

If you choose to stay at the Graduate, our reservation block for rooms expires April 23rd.
