Douglas J Cancellation Policy

Please give at least 24 hours notice

Your appointments are very important to our Douglas J team members! We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.

We realize that occasionally "real life" intrudes on previously laid plans. For this reason, it is our policy to give each guest a second chance the first time they cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice. However, the second time an appointment is cancelled within less than 24 hours or missed completely, our guests will be asked to place a credit card on file in order to book future appointments.

In the event that a third appointment is cancelled within 24 hours or missed completely, the guest will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
